We believe every believer has a place and a function within the Body of Christ.

Our desire isn’t simply to gather people—it is to see people formed and equipped to function.

That means helping believers grow in their understanding of the Word and the Kingdom of God, mature in Christ, experience healing and freedom, discover how God has uniquely graced them, and become equipped to serve Him effectively.

We don’t believe ministry belongs to a select few on a platform.

The saints are the ministers.

Our responsibility as leaders is to help equip God’s people for the work of ministry so that the whole Body can grow, mature, and function as Christ intended. (Ephesians 4:11–16)

Formation doesn’t happen in isolation.

We believe God designed His people to grow within genuine biblical community—where we can know one another, pray for one another, encourage one another, carry one another’s burdens, receive correction, celebrate growth, and walk through real life together.

We are intentional about cultivating a healthy environment where people can belong, heal, grow, and become.

We’re not looking for perfect people.

We’re building a community of people who are willing to follow Jesus, grow together, and allow Him to continually transform us.

Sometimes moving forward requires allowing God to deal with what we’ve carried from behind us.

We believe spiritual formation includes the whole person.

That’s why healing, freedom and wholeness are an important part of life at Dunamis. Through prayer, discipleship, inner healing and deliverance, and healthy community, we desire to see people increasingly free from the wounds, patterns and spiritual bondage that hinder them from living fully surrendered and fruitful lives in Christ.

Freedom isn’t the destination.

Freedom makes room for formation.

And formation prepares us to function.
